Financial Considerations
and Insurance
We make every effort to minimize the cost of your dental
care. Payment for dental services is due at the time they are
provided. Our office offers a payment plan for treatment programs
that require multiple visits. A minimum payment of $50 is due each
month. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa,
Mastercard, or Discover. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
If you have insurance, our office will be happy to file for you.
Please provide us with an insurance card or form, which can usually be
obtained from your company's human resources office. We file for
insurance reimbursement at the time of service and bill you for the
remainder. We do not accept Health Maintenance Organization
insurance policies, but do accept most Preferred Provider Organizations.
We are providers for:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield of VA and DC,
- CIGNA,
- Delta Dental,
- Principal Life, and
- United Concordia.
